Search Criteria

CDR File Date Range Start
: The start date of the date range to use for the query. (Required) -
CDR File Date Range End
: The end date of the date range to use for the query. (Required) -
Service Provider
: The Service Provider to limit the report to. Leave blank for all. Only available to System Level Users. -
Group
: The Group to limit the report to. Available after a Service Provider is chosen. Leave blank for all. Only available to System and Service Provider Level Users. -
Include Originating calls
: Choose whether or not to include originating calls in the generated report. -
Include Terminating calls
: Choose whether or not to include terminating calls in the generated report. -
Include Intra-group calls
: Choose whether or not to include intra-group calls in the generated report. -
Include un=answered calls
: Choose whether or not to include un-answered calls in the generated report. -
Limit Query to this User Phone Number
: Limit the query to a particular user or set of users.- ex.
229316
would display all numbers that start with229316
- ex.

Limit query to this Account Code
: Limit the query to a particular account code.
Results
Total Call Count
The Total Call Count table shows total statistics for the queried entity. This could show statistics for an entire System, Service Provider, or Group depending the search query.

Originating Calls
: - Total number of originating calls within the search criteria. If Service Provider and Group fields are left blank, this is the total number of originating calls for the entire system. -
Terminating Calls
: - Total number of terminating calls within the search criteria. If Service Provider and Group fields are left blank, this is the total number of terminating calls for the entire system. -
Total Calls
: - Total number of originating and terminating calls within the search criteria. If Service Provider and Group fields are left blank, this is the total number of originating and terminating calls for the entire system.
Summary of Call Duration By Group
The Summary of Call Duration By Group tables provides the total call duration (in minutes) for all the groups included in the search query. All columns are sortable.

Group ID
: The BroadWorks Group ID. -
Duration
: The total duration of all calls (in minutes) included in the search query within the provided time frame.
Summary of Call Duration By Account Codes
The Summary of Call Duration By Account Codes tables provides statistics about calls based upon Account Code. All columns are sortable.

Account Code
: The BroadWorks Account Code. A blank entry is used for calls without an Account Code. -
Cumulative Duration
: The total duration of all calls (in minutes) that meet the search query. -
Call Count
: The total call count for calls meeting the search query. -
Average Call Duration
: The average call duration (in minutes). This number is calculated by dividing the the Cumulative Duration by the Call Count.
Summary of Call Duration By User
The Summary of Call Duration By User tables provides statistics about calls based upon individual users. All columns are sortable.

User Number
: The phone number or extension. -
Cumulative Originating Duration
: The total duration of all originating calls (in minutes) that meet the search query. -
Cumulative Originating Calls
: Total number of originating calls that meet the search query. -
Cumulative Terminating Duration
: The total duration of all terminating calls (in minutes) that meet the search query. -
Cumulative Terminating Calls
: Total number of terminating calls that meet the search query. -
Average Call Duration
: The average call duration (in minutes). This number is calculated using the following formula -(Cumulative Originating Duration + Cumulative Terminating Duration)/(Cumulative Originating Call Count + Cumulative Terminating Call Count)
