Last Updated: 02/02/2024 The ECG team is pleased to announce the release version 10.5.2 of Alpaca.

This version includes support for the R22, R23, and R24 versions of the BroadWorks API.

[Remote] - Fixed issue that caused links between Alpaca User database objects and Search Index database objects to break when a Remote Reset was triggered.
[SystemCarriersPanel] - Fixed issue that caused the panel to not correctly load when trying to edit a carrier.

[NumberInventoryReset] - A manual trigger for Number Inventory Reset can now be found at Admin > Cluster > Selected Cluster.

[Alerts] - The Acknowledge and Acknowledge All buttons no longer appear for users who do not have the Alpaca Admin authority.
[Reports] - When starting a report, the user is now correctly redirected to the page for the running report instead of the report list page.
[AlpacaCTL] - Improved MinIo health check.
[AlpacaCTL] - Fixed issued in AWS S3 check.
Improved logging in the AuditLogQueueService so that it is more obvious that progress is being made.
[SearchIndexResync] - Fixed issue that could result in a RejectedExecutionException due to the thread pool being full.
[SearchIndexResync] - Fixed issue that could cause a null pointer when processing Group/Department admins.

Added dialog for adding Service Provider Access Devices from the Service Provider > Devices panel.
Added System level Voice Messaging panel.
Added System level Meet-Me Conferencing panel.
Added System level Call Center Profile panel.
Added System level Malicious Call Trace panel.
Improved backend TimesTen logic to attempt to connect to the secondary TimesTen server first if connecting to the primary was previously unsuccessful.
[DeviceReboot] - Added first iteration of Device Reboot Task at the Cluster, Service Provider, and Group levels.
[BulkProvisioning] - Added a validator to prevent provisioning more users than the Group user limit allows.

Fixed issue that could cause a Service Provider/Enterprise to not be deleted from the Alpaca database upon deleting from BroadWorks.
[ResyncTasks] - Resync tasks now correctly track progress.
[BulkProvisioning] - Fixed incorrect validation on Group Extension Dialing rules that did not allow an extension of more than 6 digits.
[BulkProvisioning] - Group Extension Dialing rules are now validated against the System Extension Dialing rules.
[BulkProvisioning] - Added validator to prevent a BLF Monitored list from containing the user who is doing the monitoring.
